At 3 Clothing Company, we strive for perfection in our clothes. If you receive an item that does not fit or you are not 100% satisfied with, you can send it back to us (in original condition) for an exchange. Please follow these simple steps to help us insure your 100% satisfaction:
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect for any defects and try on items for fit. Please do not remove any tags or wash items before completing this step.
- If item does not fit or is in some other way unsatisfactory, please contact us using contact information provided below. When you contact us, please mention the following things: Order Number, Problem and Contact Information.
- Please send item to address below with a check* for $5.00 to cover shipping of replacement item unless otherwise instructed by 3 Clothing Company.
- We will promptly send you a replacement item as per our phone or e-mail conversation.
